Location: Houston Area
The videographer is responsible for recording video for use in online news broadcasts. The videographer will work closely with Wayne Dolcefino and the executive producer to execute the production and visualize the “look” they are trying to achieve in a practical way. The position will sometimes be a one-person unit or an investigative team with a reporter. Must be able to perform in a fast-paced production environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines. Camera equipment can be provided if needed.
- Experience in broadcast journalism is required; experience in investigative news operations is preferable.
- Ability to perform as a creative photographer. Lighting, audio and camera equipment knowledge is essential.
- Artistic sensibility, communication skills, and an eye for detail.
- 3-5 years of business experience in TV production/Video production preferred.
Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
