Investigative Paralegal
Full-Time Position

Dolcefino Media is seeking an Investigative Paralegal and Media Researcher who will perform analysis of court documents, brief writing and other litigation, undercover and media support roles to be used in the preparation of broadcasts on our social media platforms.
This is the perfect job for a paralegal, private investigator with law firm experience, or law school graduate with a thirst for work on investigative media projects and litigation support.
Dolcefino Media is a unique investigative communications firm privately funded to expose public corruption, fraud, and injustice across the country. The firm operates a successful social media platform, but is also excels in crisis management, reputation management, and litigation support. The President of Dolcefino Media is Wayne Dolcefino, a 30-time Emmy Award-Winning investigative reporter formerly with Houston’s ABC13. Dolcefino Media is an extremely fast-paced 24-hour workplace environment, so we need a candidate who will thrive in a company known for its aggressive posture.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal and investigative research for potential broadcast
- Perform analysis of legal documents
- Review and analyze public records
- Draft responses to requests to withhold records under the Texas Public Information Act
- Assist in the creation of complaints filed with various state agencies
- Manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Think strategically and demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferred candidates:
- Juris Doctorate candidate having completed at least two years of law school; or
- Paralegal education, certificate
- Private investigative Experience
- Investigative Media Experience
