NEW VIDEO! The CRAZY JUDGE may have issued his last illegal order but the CRAZY CONFLICT that NEWQUEST Properties is worried about enters a new phase.

A year plus long fight fo expose the companies business dealings and the unparalleled secrecy being granted to a 600 million dollar divorce case.

Crazy Conflict

“Wait a minute. We can’t shoot through the window. We’ve always been able to shoot through the window,” Andrea Palacio said.

We’ve all got to witness the secrecy at the Waller County Courthouse.

An elderly judge repeatedly threatening to arrest me as I fight to open up court records that you’re entitled to see.

Records NewQuest Properties claim would be catastrophic to their multi-billion-dollar real estate business if they became public.

“The judge obviously doesn’t like Dolcefino in this sealing regime,” Nick Kacal said.

“He’s not a fan of mine,” Wayne Dolcefino said.

“That is to say the least,” Kacal said.

I was violating Judge Robert Kern’s court order that made it illegal for members of the media to even ask him questions, even outside the courthouse.

In the last year, Kern became a poster child for the dangers of an unelected judge.

We called him crazy.

“I think he wants Dolcefino Media out of the case because he doesn’t like a public eye on these rulings and on this case,” Cordt Akers said.

The case is a divorce fight involving NewQuest co-founder Jay Sears.

His wife of more than 40 years. Debra McLeod. A nasty fight over an estate worth more than 600 million dollars.

“The entire case has been sealed from the public for years. And NewQuest knows what we wanted to see,” Wayne Dolcefino told the camera.

Details of their real estate deals. The company is politically powerful.

Judge Kern granted NewQuest exactly what they wanted, without changing a word.

A virtual blanket permission to hide stuff in the divorce case they shouldn’t be able to hide.

“But Judge Kern won’t be able to protect NewQuest any longer, or Mr. Sears. He voluntarily recused after we went to court to stop him,” Dolcefino told the camera.

The Texas appeals court politely kicked Kern on his way out the door.

Basically saying the new judge chosen to hear our fight should actually look at the court records we are fighting about. Kern didn’t bother.

Susan Brown, the presiding judge of the 11th Judicial Region, will decide on next steps.

But as our fight with the judge escalated, Sears and McLeod cut a deal.

Not to finish their six-year-old divorce case, but agreeing they wanted out of Kern’s court too. Who can blame them?

They selected Judge Jack Marr.

But Sears is now trying to recuse Judge Marr.

“I’m losing track of just how many lawyers Jay Sears has hired to come after us and try and protect his fortune from his wife at the same time,” Dolcefino told the camera.

And to help wage the billionaire’s fight to punish a woman’s advocacy group that has dogged Sears on social media.

Posting signs in his neighborhood that say, “Women Demand Justice. Fight for Fairness.”

Again, Sears is not named.

“Who’s paying for justice in Waller County?” the group asked on social media.

Sears sued the Women’s Justice Network last fall.

“WJN has repeatedly demonstrated that it is nothing but an organization dedicated to the harassment and intimidation of a man who’s just trying to get on with his life. It must stop.”

But seven months later, despite fancy lawyers, he still can’t figure out who owns the group. Who he has the right to sue.

“That’s why I follow the Women’s Justice Network.”

We’ve been falsely accused of working with them, as part of some conspiracy.

We were only allowed to interview a volunteer for WJN, and yes, that is a Pokémon instead of her face.

“That’s a case that really hones in on our mission.”

A mission to help women facing powerful rich husbands.

The latest court hearing was in Harris County. Not Waller County.

It involved Sears’ attempt to subpoena the guy who apparently paid for a WJN billboard. We talked to his lawyer.

“I’m really not at liberty to comment on this matter,” Richard Fason said.

Sears’ lawyers were very chatty.

“What is Mr. Sears’ complaint? This is like an anonymous group of women,” Dolcefino said

This billboard connected to WJN says, “Lost cheating husband. If found, keep him.”

It doesn’t mention Sears by name, but he’s sued for defamation. Taking it personally.

Believing his wife is directing the campaign.

As Sears continues his search to stop his critics, the divorce case is at a literal standstill.
