Family Injustice: Deadly Consequences

Little six-year-old Samuel Olson wasn’t just a victim of a horrific murder, he was also a victim of family injustice. His death should be a wakeup call to our District Attorney that parents who deny court ordered visitation should be arrested. In case Kim Ogg hasn’t read the law books lately, we would suggest she take a look at Texas Penal Code 25.03. Interference with child custody is a crime. IT IS A FELONY. If someone had protected Samuel Olson maybe he’d still be alive.
