Tens of thousands of Brazoria County residents have already watched our video on the bad neighbor conduct of Phillips 66 during Hurricane Harvey—stuffing concrete blocks in culverts to divert flood waters away from their plant and into the homes of hundreds of their neighbors.
Phillips bragged in an internal email we now have they weren’t worried because they had politicians to protect them.
So here’s the chance for Brazoria County officials to set the record straight, right?
