End The Tyranny

NEW VIDEO! As voters head to the polls Saturday, we have breaking news in Texas City. The city secretary blames racism to justify cops protecting Dedrick Johnson instead of citizens. The police chief faces allegations he lied to justify a controversial arrest caught on camera. It’s time to END THE TYRANNY!

End The Tyranny

“The videos have gone viral. Believe or not, that was the city attorney running from me,” Wayne Dolcefino told the camera.
The mayor’s cops fighting my right to simply record citizens at a city council meeting.
“And there’s so much breaking news, and not the news that will help Mayor Dedrick Johnson keep his job,” Dolcefino told the camera.
We have that exclusive new video in our lawsuit against the city. This woman has illegally hidden public records.
Even these phone records from a criminal investigation showed the mayor was friends with a rapist under investigation. They were sharing pictures of women, even a naked one.

“We’ve finally got Rhomari Leigh under oath, and we learned she has no business being the guardian of your records,” Dolcefino told the camera.
But we begin with that controversial arrest of David Rodriguez.
“His supposed crime, saying the city attorney was taking longer than citizens get to speak, too long,” Dolcefino told the camera.
“The controversial police chief escorts David Rodriguez out, no issue, but then the chief and a group of officers tried to arrest Rodriguez and end up throwing him against the wall,” Dolcefino told the camera.
“His time expired is not arrest-worthy,” Greg Degeyter said.
“The Galveston County district attorney’s office has dropped the criminal charge against Rodriguez for interfering with the meeting, but we’ve learned they aren’t done reviewing the case,” Dolcefino told the camera.

“Not for possible new charges against Rodriguez but to see if Landis Cravens, the police chief, did something illegal,” Dolcefino told the camera.
“I see two different possible crimes. One would be excessive force type of issue as far as how they removed him,” Degeyter said.

The other problem, the arrest report, what Chief Cravens said what happened.
That Rodriguez was arrested because he resisted.
Video doesn’t lie. It was the chief who moved to arrest Rodriguez, in clear view of our camera.

“It appears pretty obvious Cravens lied,” Dolcefino said.

“Yes, I also kind of suspect that not everything that should have been preserved was preserved,” Degeyter said.
“Infact, it was the conduct of Chief Cravens that actually led us to begin our investigation in Texas City, the latest on, fourteen months ago,” Dolcefino told the camera.

Since Mayor Johnson hired Cravens, more than sixty veteran officers left the department.
The police union reported widespread retaliation, leading officers to try and recall Mayor Johnson last year.

“One of the records we first asked for was an audit done by a company called Paradigm of the Texas City Police Department. To this day, I never got it,” Dolcefino told the camera.
We complained to the Galveston District Attorney’s Office. They’re useless, on public integrity, so I went to court.

On the eve of Saturday’s election, we finally got Rhomari Leigh under oath. And now we have the video to prove it. We quickly learned, she doesn’t have a clue about the law she’s supposed to protect. She’s been city secretary for five years.

“Like an audit of police paid for Texas City taxpayers, but withheld from the public for more than a year,” Peyton Heussner told the camera.

“Are you aware that there are potential civil penalties?”

“Ok,” Rhomari Leigh said.

“Yes or no?”

“I don’t recall,” Leigh said.

“All right. Are you aware that there are potential criminal penalties for violating the information act?”

“I don’t recall,” Leigh said.

“And the records detailing just how much Texas City taxpayers have paid for security for the dancing dictator,” Heussner told the camera.

“And is the Dignitary Protection unit that the mayor’s bodyguards are attached to?”

“The mayor doesn’t have bodyguards” Leigh said.

Really? Who are these guys? If there is no Dignitary Unit, someone should tell the cops. This police document from February says Dignitary right there. Among those protecting the mayor, the microphone cop, who claimed I was violating city policy. More BS.

“Records from 2022 documented several officers on the squad. Leigh blames racism,” Heussner told the camera.

“Do you remember anything that would have been going on in the city with the city itself that would have necessitated that many Dignitary Protection guys?”

“Yes,” Leigh said.

“Can you tell me what that was?”

“Racism,” Leigh said.

“Can you elaborate a little further?”

“Elaborate on racism?”

“No, the threat that racism posed at that moment in time?”

“There were a lot of threating phone calls, mysterious letters, packages, social media terrorism, following,” Leigh said.

“Just the mayor or sort of the city as a whole?”

“African American elected officials and city personnel,” Leigh said.

Johnson protected his communication staff after they were busted for creating a fake social media profile for one of the mayor’s biggest critics, La Marque City Councilman
Unable to explain where the audit we asked for is. The city is still hiding it. Joseph Lowry.

Those fake posts praise Rhomari Leigh. She acted like she really didn’t even know who he was.

“Are you aware of La Marque City Councilman, right? Joseph Lowry?”

“You said if I’m aware of him?” Leigh said.

“Are you aware of him?”

“I’ve heard of him,” Leigh said.

“Ok, and are you aware that he’s got a pretty significant social media beef with the mayor?”

“No,” Leigh said.

But when it comes to avoid answers, no one beats the dancing dictator, Dedrick Johnson. Over the last several weeks, we’ve asked him a ton of questions.
Here’s just a few. Johnson refused to answer any of them.
And he changed the city charter to ensure he had a veto to stop any councilmember from putting anything on the agenda.
He restricted public comment.
And of course tried to stop us from recording meetings.

Another viral moment. Thanks, Mayor.

We are about to find out if Texas City voters have had enough.

“A mayor is often defined by the biggest jobs he hands out, the chief, the city secretary, the city attorney,” Dolcefino told the camera.

“You have a chance to stop this crap, get out and vote,” Dolcefino told the camera.
