The Texas Rangers have now joined the Galveston County DA’s Office investigation of Kemah mayoral candidate Matt Wiggins after complaints he was misusing city water funds.
Whatever the result, there’s a lot of evidence Wiggins loves causing chaos in this little town by Galveston Bay. But at least we have finally found the perfect theme song for the guy.
