Union Pacific Failed The Fifth Ward

The Governor needs to order a real public hearing for the Fifth Ward and Kashmere Gardens before Union Pacific gets a pass for the damage they have done to so many innocent people. It’s disgusting that the area has become a killing field of cancer.

The virtual public meeting was a joke and an insult and we are helping the Gibson Law Firm hold Union Pacific accountable.
