Why Are Fraud Victims Being Cheated Again?

More than a third of a billion dollars has been ripped off in securities fraud schemes in just Colorado in the last decade. Now we know lawyers, not crime victims, are getting a large chunk of the little money ever recovered. Victims are angry and we don’t blame them.
