The DICK OF DICKINSON has some explaining to do about the way tenants in a low income apartment complex have been treated. Dozens of families are being evicted. The city of Dickinson claims their homes at Creekside Apartments are dangerous. The hot water has been turned off for weeks after a gas leak.
But now there are charges from apartment owners that the gas line was sabotaged, the heat kept off unfairly and tenants told to stop paying rent to force the owners to demolish the apartments and sell the land…
