Sylvester Turner is allowing billions of your tax dollars to disappear forever. Yes, we said billions. It will harm our schools the most. We’ve been sounding the alarm about what we call Houston’s affordable housing racket and it’s time for City Hall to try to stop this guy.
The Mayor has already been busted by state investigators for interfering with the choices for affordable housing projects, and now it’s time for the feds to dig deeper into a $67 million real estate deal pulled off by City Hall and the Houston Housing Authority. $67 million for less than thirty acres of dirt.
