SEX DOCTORS: The Naked Truth

I don’t really want to look at pictures of naked middle aged men, but it’s breaking news in our investigation of the Baytown sex doctors because now kids are in danger.

“I say it’s a swingers club. It’s an adult encounter parlor in violation of your sexually oriented business ordinance. And last time I remembered Baytown really cared about that kind of stuff. And maybe you don’t anymore,” said Wayne Dolcefino at a Baytown city council meeting.

We told you so! We warned the Baytown city council more than a year ago about what was going on here at Swan Mansion on Sjolander Rd. We called it our Sex Doctors investigation.

For the folks running Baytown government, they didn’t seem to care. They should have!

“They’re sad, I mean seeing them yesterday; they were crying. They’re terrified,” said Roxanne Lee in an interview.

Terrified children, after they say this! Yep, that’s a nude party going on over at Swan Mansion. In plain view of the stables where Roxanne Lee runs her horseback riding academy.

We don’t have the blur the picture of this guy because the fence, it’s our friend.

Roxanne was devastated when she was texted these pictures by a parent.

Roxanne stated she was, “terrified, embarrassed, hurt, angry. Sad for the kids because I felt like it was my responsibility to protect them. And it’s not – It’s not my fault he was negligent. And I feel sorry for them.”

She’s talking about this guy, you remember him, therapist Brian “Bear” Murray. Along with his wife, he runs Swan Mansion and the stables next door.

“I was angry. I’m hurt, he failed to protect his client and my client,” stated Roxanne.

As if the pictures aren’t bad enough the kids’ parents who sent the photos said this in their text messages.

“The girls 10-12 are riding in the arena. They saw a naked man. They’re having a party and topless women and men who should be wearing shorts to hide their shrimp,” read the messages.

Roxanne says because of the incident, she’s lost 12 students and can no longer afford to pay the rent. So, Bear Murray, he locked her out. She then called animal cruelty officers to help her get her horses back.

Could there be criminal charges? Parents of two of the kids say they filled police reports for indecent exposure.

“they’re angry because they don’t know the full impact that could lead up. And where does that go from here? Do they need therapy? Are they going to grow up and continue – I don’t know,” continues Roxanne.

We should tell that Bear did say he was sorry for what he calls “a misfortunate occurrence due to a misunderstanding.” Whatever that means.

Roxanne says she didn’t even know what was really going on over at Swan Mansion until she saw our investigation.

“Wayne Dolcefino came and was doing interviews. So, I found out. And friends were sending me all these clips. So, I did talk to him. Why didn’t you tell me? He said I didn’t have to disclose anything. I have kids here,” stated Roxanne.

They have a frolicking room inside of Swan Mansion and they even advertise places you can be nude. But why do the kids next door have to see this?

“We focus on those couples and select singles who seek further personal development and explorations in a setting with other sophisticated individuals. Elegance and charm,” they claim in their promotional video.

And sex!

“Doc, are you a licensed M.D. by the way,” asked Dolcefino.

We also noticed how Bear signed that apology letter as “Dr. Bear Murray,” maybe he forgot. It’s been more than a year that the state medical board told Bear to stop calling himself a medical doctor.

We also have a big breaking news update on Murray’s wife, Methodist Dr. Patricia Fry who runs the Grace Women’s Center that shares a driveway with the Sawn Mansion. After our first report, we got an avalanche of complaints about her.

“I did lose my baby boy. I filed a report with the medical board with many others. Yet she is still working” reads April Parsley’s comment.

“She left my c section open” reads Cindy Martinez’s complaint.

“She’s very negative, very mean. No bedside manner whatsoever,” recalls former patient Marilee Gammons.

“She said I had the cautery in my hand and so I guess one of those swipes, it kind of nicked your rectum. And he’s like she gashed the thing wide open,” recalls former patient Kristi Villalta.

“They didn’t let me see my daughter, all they told me was she’s cut, she got cut in the head. At that point I was mad. I wanted to get up and just tell her don’t touch me,” recalls former patient Maria Lopez.

The Texas Medical Board has now set up a hearing in September where Dr. Fry could face losing her license. And Bear, the last time we saw him he was dealing with those animal cruelty officers, but at least he was wearing clothes.
