Kim Ogg Lied About Email Pressuring Staff To Volunteer

District Attorney Kim Ogg lied about pressuring prosecutors to volunteer at an event she was scheduled to speak at in June.

New emails released after a public information request show the DA did approve the email that was sent from her email address to all the Assistant District Attorneys telling them volunteering would be part of their performance evaluation. She was then accused of using the email as a threat.

Back in June Ogg’s office said the email was inadvertent and a draft that she had not approved. But look at the proof.
